Selling Digital Products on Mozaeyik

What do I need in order to start selling digital products on Mozaeyik.com?
You must already have a PayPal account in order to sell digital products on Mozaeyik.com. Our website authenticates you with PayPal to allow us to pay you commissions through your PayPal account. Sign up here for a PayPal account, PayPal Sign up
How do I sign up to sell my digital photos and artwork?
Does my digital artwork need to be exclusive to Mozaeyik.com?
No.
What file types can I upload?
We currently allow the following file uploads: *.jpg,*.jpeg,*.gif,*.png
Can I sell another person's graphics, photography, or other downloadable artwork?
No. Not even if you have their permission. You may only sell your own creative works.
Do I need a model release for photos of people?
Yes. You must have a model release for any photo of people that you upload to our site. We do not require you upload the model release, but you must have it available at our request.
Do I need to be approved in order to sell on Mozaeyik?
No. Simply start uploading and we will review your files and accept or reject them based on our criteria.
Are there additional instructions for using the website to upload and manage my account?
Yes. Once you are authenticated as a seller, you will be provided with a Seller's Guide to assist you in managing your account.
What commission rate do you pay?
Our current commission rate for new sellers is 70%. Commission rates are subject to change, but will never be lower than when you signed up.
Buying Digital Products from Mozaeyik
What type of digital products do you sell?
We offer digital artwork, photography, illustration and graphic designs.
How much are the digital products sold through Mozaeyik.com?
Our sellers determine the price of their digital products. Prices can range from fifty cents on up.
Are there any free downloads available?
We do not provide free downloads.
Do I need to sign up for an accout in order to make purchases?
Yes. We require you have an account so we can manage your purchases and downloads. We only use your email address to communicate with you and we never share or sell your information.
How do I make a purchase?
You can search or browse for files and add to cart. When you checkout, you will be directed to a PayPal page where you may login with your existing paypal account, or pay with credit card. After you complete your purchase you will be redirected back to the Mozaeyik.com website where you can go to your Account and download the file(s).
Are my digital purchases available for download anytime?
Your purchases are available for download from Mozaeyik.com for 30 days after your purchases, at which time we remove your purchased files from our servers. Please download your files to your computer and be sure you have at least one backup copy.
What if I cannot find an old download, and I need to download it again?
Contact us and we can review your account. We may be able to provide you with your downloads, but we cannot guarantee this as our sellers can can delete or change their digital files at any time.
Do you have a rating system on digital downloads or sellers?
At this time we do not have a rating system in place. We hope to provide a rating system in the future.
Do you provide refunds?
Please contact us if you feel you have purchases a digital good that has been mis-represented by the seller or website. We review all file uploads and we may refund your purchase at our discretion.
I'm not getting any results in my search, is something wrong?
No. Mozaeyik is very, very new (early 2012 release). If you have discovered us, hooray! Sign up, sell your own digital products or bookmark us and check us out later. And thank you for finding us! :)
