You have non-exclusive rights to digital goods you purchase at mozaeyik.com (you do not own the exclusive rights to the digital good).

You may make copies of purchased digital goods for backup and archival purposes. Mozaeyik.com does not store your purchases indefinitely, you must download and be responsible for archiving your purchases.

You may copy your digital good(s) to any device owned by you for your own use.

You may print copies of digital good(s) for your own use. You may print digital good(s) for private or public display, but the print cannot be made available for retail sale.

Purchased digital good(s) may be used for own personal use. For example: print for wall hanging or use on personal blog or website.

Purchased digital good(s) may be used for commercial use for your own business on website, blog, promotional materials, including advertising and business cards, but not in logo or trademark.

Purchased digital good(s) may be used for use in a client's project. You must purchase the digital good separately for each separate client project. For example, if you purchase a photograph you can only use that photo for your own personal use, your own business use, or a single client. A unique purchase must be made for each usage.

You may not sell, lease, or lend purchased digital good(s) to someone else; You may not allow others to download the file for free or at a fee.

You may not use purchased digital good(s) to create template business cards, template websites or other materials (digital or physical) that can be sold or given away on mass market.

You may not use purchased digital good(s) to create mass print copies for sale (for example: prints, mugs, t-shirts).

You may not create derived works of purchased digital good(s) to sell, lease or lend. Derived works fall under the same licensing as original works.

Purchased digital good(s) may not be used in offensive or obscene works.

All sales are final, no refunds in most cases of digital goods purchases. You may bring issues to our attention and we will review your complaint in determining if the digital good you purchased should not have passed our quality control and may entitle you to a full or partial refund.

All digital goods sold by you must be created by you. You must be the original artist/writer. You may not sell other people's products.

Your work cannot be derived from other's work; it must be original.

You must agree to our Buyer Terms and Conditions and licensing. We have one license available for any work sold on mozaeyik.com

You must be in possession of a model release form for all photography or art where discernable people are included. We do not require that you upload a model agreement, but by agreeing to these terms you are agreeing that you hold a model release for all uploaded photos of people. You will be required to provide a copy of a model release for any photo at anytime at our request. Failure to do so can result in immediate cancelation of your account.

We reserve the right to reject sale of your digital good for any reason. We will provide at minimum a general reason for the item not being accepted for sale.

We reserve the right to determine what is and is not appropriate for sale on our website.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account at any time.

We store your PayPal ID on our servers and use this for payment to you and research as well as to minimize abuses. We never remove your PayPal ID from our servers for this purpose, even if we have removed all other identifying information about you.
